3 Thought-Provoking Books

In this final post ob book recommendations, I wanted to touch on a few books that I found thought-provoking. While I do like personal finance and investing related reads, I really enjoy reading books that go beyond just my profession. The books listed below have certainly had some influence on my professional life but more so personal. I hope you enjoy them too!

Thought-Provoking Books

  1. Generations (Strauss & Howe) – Their theory that each generation belongs to one of 4 types and by looking back at history, we can see an outline of where we are going.

  1. The Power of Habit (Charles Duhigg) – An explanation of how habits are formed and how we can use that knowledge to build good ones and get rid of bad ones.

  1. Deep Work (Cal Newport) – A look at how rare it is to find individuals who have the ability for “deep work” and how you can cultivate that ability – to focus intently for extended periods of time on the task at hand.
