Ingredients (serves 4)
1 dough ball (premade)
1/4 cup flour
1 TBS of olive oil
Victoria's marinara sauce
pepperoni
spinach
red pepper
tomato
dreid oregano
dried rosemary
red pepper flakes
Steps
Set oven to maximum temperature (approx. 550 degrees)
Separate the ball into 2 for two separate pizza's
Let dough get to room temperature
Roll dough out on flat surface with flour on surface
Heat up cast iron on stovetop
Once hot, add olive oil to cast iron and then lay the flat dough onto the pan, spreading evenly. It should sizzle immediately!
Let cook for 3 minutes and then add sauce, cheese, and toppings. The bottom should be nicely browned and a little crispy
Take pizza off the stove top and put into the oven for 4-5 minutes
